Independent home energy services
Three ways we help: a formal EPC, a detailed Home Energy Report, or a tailored Made-to-Measure Energy Plan - all carried out in person by an accredited assessor.
Domestic EPC
from £75
A lodged Energy Performance Certificate, valid for 10 years. Legally required to sell or let a home, and the basis for landlord MEES compliance.
- Energy efficiency & environmental impact ratings
- Improvement recommendations
- Lodged on the national EPC register
Home Energy Report
from £55
Same assessment methodology as the EPC, without lodging a certificate. Ideal for pre-purchase advice and planning improvements.
- The same thorough survey as an EPC
- Advice on improving your home's efficiency
- An educational and advisory report to help you lower energy bills and improve comfort
Made-to-Measure Energy Plan
from £275
An individually tailored assessment designed around how you live and use energy. We evaluate your property and create bespoke recommendations for the technologies that will deliver the greatest benefit.
- Includes the full Home Energy Report
- Plus a bespoke whole-home plan, talked through with you after it's issued
- Independent & impartial recommendations tailored to you
What's in a Made-to-Measure Energy Plan?
The Made-to-Measure Energy Plan combines a full Home Energy Report with a deeper look at how you actually live in your home, then translates it into a prioritised plan you can act on - with clear signposting to the UK Government funding routes you may be eligible for via MCS-approved and other accredited installers.
What you get
- Everything in the Home Energy Report (full RdSAP-based survey)
- Enhanced lifestyle assessment - occupancy, vehicles, mileage, smart-meter & bills review
- Whole-home plan: prioritised measures, indicative costs/savings and a sequencing roadmap
- Independent signposting to UK Government funding routes and accredited installers
- A talk-through of every recommendation, with answers to your questions, after your plan is issued
What it isn't
- Thermal-imaging or airtightness testing
- Formal PAS 2035 / MTIP / TrustMark-lodged retrofit plan
- Building-regulations or planning advice
- Specific installer or product recommendations (we never take referral fees)
We deliberately stay in the advisory lane - independent and impartial. If your plan identifies works needing TrustMark / PAS 2035 lodgement (e.g. for ECO funding), we'll point you to the right accredited route.
